Monitoring Station

We offer Central Station Monitoring for all installed security systems. From live CCTV intruder interventions to fire and alarm activation response, officers in our central station will monitor most security requirements.

After Hours Support

Whelanapier's contract customers have a dedicated telephone number to call should they require technical assistance. This line is open after hours throughout the whole year.

Customer Support Desk

During business hours customers can contact our dedicated support team. The team will assist you with any queries you have and will take appropriate action while keeping you informed.

Field Engineers

Whelanapier have a large Field Installation and Maintenance team. Our fully equipped mobile engineers are full-time employees and perform all installation and maintenance work.
